THE PRACTICE
Maria Basualdo is a highly trained Licensed Mental Health Counselor who focuses on providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups. Our practice is entirely telehealth-based, providing flexible, secure video therapy sessions you can access from the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever you are in Florida.
She has been featured on Univision, Thrive Global and other prominent media outlets, and driven by a deep commitment to her personal and professional values extends her influence beyond the therapy room as a regular contributor on societal issues, offering psychological and philosophical perspectives on women, immigrants, and a range of topics that reflect the broader contexts shaping individual lives. Recognizing that mental health is inseparable from social, cultural, and political environments, she uses her platform to advocate for a more comprehensive understanding of human experience.
